Refund policy

We hope you will love your SUD piece. If for any reason it is not quite right, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email sud.letterbox@gmail.com with your order number before sending your parcel back.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and with their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SUD cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during transit.

For returns shipped from outside the European Union, please indicate "Returned goods" on the customs declaration to help avoid unnecessary duties and delays.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days.

As every SUD piece is unique, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. If you would like another piece, please contact us before returning your order and we will do our best to assist you.
