These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through www.sud-collections.com.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
Each SUD piece is unique and made from carefully selected vintage textiles.
Minor variations in colour, texture or weave are part of the fabric's history and should not be considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur depending on screen settings.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation.
5. Shipping
Orders are prepared within 5 to 8 business days and shipped from France.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns
Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

7. Liability
SUD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including photographs, texts, graphics and illustrations, remains the exclusive property of SUD Collections.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
