Shipping policy

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from France.

Please allow 5 to 8 business days for your order to be dispatched. During particularly busy periods or while the studio is travelling, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. Should this happen, you will be informed by email.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

We work with trusted carriers including La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL, depending on the destination and the most suitable shipping service.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and any additional local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorised. SUD reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment issues, suspected fraud or any dispute relating to a previous order.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

While every effort is made to meet the estimated delivery times, delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control cannot be considered grounds for cancellation or compensation.
